On the outside, looking in

Currently sitting on a dock across the river looking back at Cambridge. It seems so removed from here. I kind of like that.

Right now all I want to do is go home. Away from responsibilities and deadlines. Away from worries about the future. From countless disappointments. From stress. From all the stupid thoughts in my head. But I know that when I come back, it'll all still be here, same as before. I just need to find the courage and perseverance to face it.
